Mixed Gourmet Mushrooms

A rotating mix of the week’s freshest gourmet mushrooms! This box includes a minimum of 6 different varieties and is great if you’re looking to try the best of what our farm has to offer.

Here at Good Growin’ we grow each of our varieties in small batches which are put into our grow rooms multiple times a week. This ensures that we have a consistent supply of different varieties which are quickly delivered to our restaurant partners (or you!) and are eaten when they are their freshest and most tasty.

The selection available in our mixed boxes is updated weekly on Tuesday and Friday, but typically can include any of the following species:

• Oyster (White, Chocolate, Blue, Butterscotch, Pink or Gold Varieties)
• Chestnut (aka Scaly Flamecap)
• Pioppino (aka Swordbelt)
• Shiitake
• King Brown
• Black Pearl King
• Lion’s Mane
• Coral Tooth
• Golden Enoki

Our mushrooms are available for collection from our Geebung farm daily, or can be delivered locally within Brisbane by arrangement.
